The Cygnus Café movement has been launched to bring together people of like mind who wish to explore the larger meaning of life from a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual point of view and meet at a local level. This movement was inspired by the work of the late Ann Napier who founded Cygnus Review to bring books of great wisdom at accessible prices to readers everywhere.
Cygnus Café mornings will be fairly informal, relaxed and friendly with a different focus topic each month. Inspirational guest speakers will offer short presentations on a wide and fascinating range of subjects with plenty of time for discussion in small groups, and chat over coffee and biscuits. Things to look forward to include spiritual healing, reflexology, crystals, mindfulness, healing grief, time to think, meditation and much more.
Future dates to be confirmed.
The mornings are free and open to all, but as a charity Harry Edwards Healing Sanctuary relies on donations.
